Location:  This year’s annual meeting will be hosted virtually via ZOOM. Please use ZOOM meeting ID 340 668 0830, or you can join directly via the hyperlink provided in the ANNOUNCEMENTS portion of our homepage, highlandsofseminole.org.

If you do not already have ZOOM, once you open the link for the meeting on our website, you will have the option 1) to download the software or 2) join via the web without downloading anything. There is no cost if you choose to download the software. If you have any questions or experience difficulties getting into the meeting, please call 608-215-0410.

Registration:  There is no need to register ahead of time. If HSNA already has your email address, then an email will also be emailed to your personal account with meeting instructions and the meeting hyperlink. If HSNA does not have your email, you can join the meeting through the hyperlink provided in the ANNOUNCEMENTS portion of our homepage, highlandsofseminole.org, or you can add your email to our email list by contacting info@highlandsofseminole.org.

Agenda: The agenda for the meeting will be in a similar format as prior meetings and will include Board introductions; the Treasurer’s Report; Committee Reports, including Landscaping and Architectural Control; and an update on neighborhood events.  There will also be an opportunity for homeowners to ask questions.

Documents:  All documents related to the meeting will be available on our website no later than Friday,       August 20,  2021 – highlandsofseminole.org.  Requests for a paper copy should be mailed to HSNA, 2935 S. Fish Hatchery Rd #402, Fitchburg, WI 53711.
